RETURNS - To return an item please contact us via E-mail -

Manufactures Guarantee In the event the product you have purchased develops a fault during its guarantee, usually 12 months from the purchase date, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate.

Shipping/Delivery - All items ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All items purchased from SBL are packed to the highest standards and we give 100% attention to the way our items are shipped. 

Damaged In Transit - We use established specialised couriers to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit we will exchange any goods that arrived damaged as long as you make us aware within 48 hours and send photographic evidence of any damage.
